Kosher and Halal describe what is "fit and proper" to eat for two groups, Jews and Muslims. Join us as we welcome   Professor of Food Science at Cornell University and heads the Cornell Kosher and Halal Food Initiative.  Dr. Regenstein will answer all of your questions as well as discuss the yes”> similarities and differences between Halal and Kosher. This program is co-sponsored by the Baltimore Jewish Council’s Jewish/Muslim Dialogue Group.
