Unplug at the JMM on the weekend of the National Day of Unplugging, a 24 hour period – running from sundown to sundown – that starts on the first Friday in March. The project is an outgrowth of The Sabbath Manifesto, an adaptation of our ancestors’ ritual of carving out one day per week to unwind, unplug, relax, reflect, get outdoors, and connect with loved ones. We encourage you to join us at JMM for this special weekend as we open our new exhibit Remembering Auschwitz: History, Holocaust, Humanity. Cell phone sleeping bags will be provided free of charge to all who wish to participate.
