About the Jewish Museum of Australia

At the Jewish Museum of Australia, we illuminate Jewish life. At the intersection of art and Jewish culture, our Museum is a place for all people to share in the Australian Jewish experience.

We inspire curiosity, conversation and play, with a point of view that ensures authenticity and inclusion – and create world-class exhibitions, events and education programs that convey our stories and enhance social cohesion.

The Jewish Museum of Australia stands on the traditional land of the Yaluk-ut Weelam Clan of the Boon Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation. We acknowledge and respect the cultural heritage of this land, and offer our respects to their elders – past, present and future.

This program also took place on Sunday, August 23, 2020 at 7:00am EST.
