The two -day professional development opportunity includes a visit to the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Washington D.C. and a visit to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum to see the exhibit Americans and the Holocaust. The second day will be held at the Jewish Museum of Maryland where participants will hear from dedicated scholars and educators who will share best practices and education resources. Baltimore City teachers will also receive AU credit for participation upon completion of an implementation plan.
