Status: Identified! Wedding of James Weinberg and Anne Horowitz. Left to right: Robert Weinberg (groom’s brother), Betty Rosenberg (bride’s best friend), Anne Horowitz (bride), James Weinberg (groom), Ethel Horowitz (bride’s sister), Wally Arnold (bride’s brother). James Weinberg of Baltimore met Anne Horowitz of London while he was serving in the military during WWII; they married in London on April 5, 1944.
