JMM Young Adult Campus Connector Application 2023 – 2024
Are you interested in connecting with young Jews, building community, and strengthening Downtown Baltimore Jewish life?
Do you like planning events and bringing people together?
The Jewish Museum of Maryland (JMM) is looking to hire two Young Adult Campus Connectors who will cultivate Jewish life among young adults by organizing Museum events such as social events, educational programs, cultural and religious gatherings.
Connectors will:
- Connect young Jewish adults with the JMM/B’nai Israel campus and events.
- Inform the Museum’s work to engage young Jewish adults downtown.
- Promote Museum programs through targeted and strategic outreach.
- Design and implement a variety of programs for young adults including on-campus, off-campus and digitally.
- Highlight synergies between existing networks and constituents of both the JMM and B’nai Israel.
- Attend regular meetings.
Connectors will be expected to work an average of 5 hours per week and will be compensated at a rate of $20/hour. This is a contracted position and is grant supported through June 30, 2024.
The application deadline is July 31, 2023. Applicants will be notified whether or not they have been selected for an interview.
