Sol Food Community Festival

The Sol Food bus is here!  All the way from North Carolina, the Sol Food urban farmers are touring the country teaching about sustainability and healthy eating.  Catch them while they visit Baltimore and learn all about sprouting, gardening, canning and more.  Activities will take place at the Jewish Museum of Maryland and at our neighboring organization, the McKim Center – 1120 East Baltimore Street – where we are helping to start an eco friendly nature play space and orchard.  

Take a tour of the Sol Food bus and learn about the team's trip across the country.  Inside the Museum we'll be doing a jam making/canning demo and a variety of family friendly hands-on activities. At the McKim Center we'll be making seed bombs and playing seed bomb polo.
