Bessie Bluefeld was a young immigrant woman who made a name for herself in the catering business.  Her company, Bluefeld Catering, became synonymous with quality and class throughout Baltimore.  Meet actress Terry Nicholetti as she portrays Baltimore icon, Bessie Bluefeld.
