The Great Jewish Bake Off: Chocolate Meringue Cookies

Ingredients
3 ¾ cups confectioners sugar
¾ cup unsweetened cocoa
½ teaspoon salt
4 large egg whites
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 ½ cups chocolate chips
1. Pre-heat oven to 340°
2. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
3. In a large bowl, mix together sugar, cocoa, salt. Add eggs whites that have been whipped, vanilla and stir in mixer until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips.
4. Let batter sit for 5 minutes.
5. Drop by rounded tablespoons on greased pan 2 in. apart.
6. Bake at 400° for 7 minutes.
