For the Whole Family
Preview JMM’s new mural on Lombard Street by attending a mural tour led by Naomi Rose Weintraub, JMM Public Art Coordinator, the artist who designed and helped produce the mural in collaboration with Upright Entity, a mural business based in Baltimore. The tour will tell the story of the research and creative process that went into producing the mural.
Make your way through the new building spaces, interactive displays, and the Museum campus as you turn the pages of JMM Journeys, an activity book created by Naomi Rose Weintraub. Learn about portals, mezuzahs, Baltimore, and more!
Explore Modernisms, an exhibition highlighting fourteen Baltimore Jewish artists who responded to Modernist art movements. Visitors of all ages can find the Animals of Modernisms through an interactive scavenger hunt and drawing activity.
Make your mark at the Animation Station! Color and embellish your own vision for the historic Lloyd Street Synagogue’s Star of David stained glass window. Drawings will be shared as part of an evolving community animation.
